40% more malt and over twice the amount of hops as compared to RR's already hopped IPA.
 
“Consecration” Belgian Style Dark Sour Ale (10%)
Aged in American oak cabernet sauvignon barrels
and then added brettanomyces, lactobacillus, & pediococcus as well as currants.

“Sanctification” Belgian Style Blond Wild Ale (6.25%)
Fermented with 100% brettanomyces yeast rather than the traditional saccharomyces.

“Racer X” Double IPA (8.3%)
American hop bitterness and aroma supported by a firm malt backbone, an uncommon Double IPA.
A bold ale that follows English traditions with a California twist.

“APEX” IPA (7.5%)
Blend of American and English malts and aggressively hopped with Pacific Northwest hops.

“Mach 10” Double IPA (9.2%)
Brewed with American Cascades and English First Gold hops for a deliciously unique hop profile.
Bitter, malty, with a definite alcohol note.

“Supplication” Belgian Style Brown Wild Ale
Brown ale aged for 12 months in used pinot noir wine barrels. 
Sour cherries, brettanomyces, lactobacillus and pediococcus are added
to each barrel, imparting a nice cherry flavor & sourness.

“Temptation” Belgian Style Blond Wild Ale
Aged in used French oak chardonnay barrels for 12 months, which adds flavors of wine & oak. 
During the aging process, a secondary fermentation occurs using brettanomyces,
which gives an intriguing characteristics & a pleasant sourness.

“Damnation” Belgian Style Strong Golden Ale
Exquisite bouquet of banana, pear & spice with mouth filling flavors of citrus, malt & earthly hops. 
The smooth dry finish lingers until your next sip.

“Redemption” Belgian Style Blond Ale
Sister beer to Damnation.  Redemption is soft on the palate while finishing smooth & dry.

“Consecration” American Sour Ale Aged in Oak Barrels
Aged in American oak cabernet sauvignon barrels while adding
brettanomyces, lactobacillus, & pediococcus as well as currants.  10%

“Salvation” Belgian Style Dark Strong Ale
Dark brown in color with a bouquet of banana & spice. 
Subtle malt flavors blend perfectly with fruity characteristics
imparted by RR's house strain of Belgian yeast.
