“Curieux” Bourbon Barrel Aged Belgian Style Strong Ale (11%)
Made by aging the tripel ale in Jim Beam bourbon barrels for 8 weeks.  Then blended back with a portion of fresh tripel.  Resulting beer is soft with coconut, vanilla notes & hints of bourbon

 “Fluxus 2011” French Style Farmhouse Ale (8%)
Biere de Garde Style, medium amber colored ale with a smooth lager quality. Aroma of complex earthiness and toasted grains, balanced by a fruity candied grape character. Nutty notes, and spicy hop flavors. The finish is remarkably dry with a wine-like character and light tannins.

“Four” (10%) Belgian Style Quadruple
Brewed with four malts, four sugars, four hop varieties and fermented four times,
using four different yeast strains. Flavors of raisin, candied fruit and plum.

“Hugh Malone” Belgian IPA (7.8%)
The result is a complex brew with a malty palate,
intense hop aromas, pronounced bitterness and a plefluxasantly dry finish.

Allagash/De Proef Collab “Les Deux Brasseurs” Belgian Style Golden (8.5%)
Fermented with two strains of Brettanomyces.  The result is a beer of remarkable character with fruit tones, including; pear, apple and pineapple. Also tastes of graham cracker, barnyard character and is rounded by an herbal spicy hop finish.

“Triple” (9%)
This strong golden ale is marked by passion fruit and herbal notes in the aroma, with suggestions of banana and honey in the complex palate.

“Victor” Belgian Style Strong with Red Grapes (9%)
Cabernet franc grapes were added to the mash. 
It's hopped with Fuggles & Hallertau and fermented with a wine yeast strain.

Belgium Collab. “Vrienden” Wild Ale (9.2%)

Brewed dandelion greens & elderberries.  Mildly tart, fruity & slightly hoppy. 

 “White” Belgian Style White Ale (5%)
Brewed with a generous portion of wheat and spiced with coriander & Curacao orange peel.  Fruity, & refreshing.

 

Bottles of Allagash:

“Confluence” Belgian Style Golden Ale (7.5%)
Fermented with the house Belgian style yeast in combination with a Brettanomyces strain.
A marriage between spice and fruit flavors that ultimately leave a lingering silky mouth feel. Tettnang and East Kent Golding hops are added in the brew process to balance the intricate malty profile while adding a sweet and spicy citrus aroma.
750ml (7.5%)

“Fluxus 2011” French Style Farmhouse Ale
Biere de Garde Style, medium amber colored ale with a smooth lager quality. The aroma presents a complex earthiness and toasted grains, balanced by a fruity candied grape character. The full body highlights a rounded maltiness accentuated by both nutty notes, and spicy hop flavors. The finish is remarkably dry with a wine-like character and light tannins.

“Black” Belgian Style Stout
The silky mouth feel is a great balance to the roasted character,
coffee and dark chocolate notes expressed throughout this beer.
